Section 19

SEC. 19. Every person who, within the Philippine Islands, shall bonds, securities, have in his possession any such false, forged, or counterfeit bond, notes, certificate, obligation, security, treasury note, bill, promise to pay, bank mile, or bill issued by a bank or other corporation of any foreign country, knowing the same to be false, forged, or counterfeited with intent to utter, pass, or put off the same, or to deliver the same to any other person with intent that the same may thereafter he uttered, passed, or put off as true, or who shall knowingly deliver the same to any other person with such intent, shall be punished by a fine of not more than two thousand pesos and by imprisonment for not more than one year.
