SEC. 2. The provincial board of the Province of Bohol is hereby empowered to expend of the sum transferred to the treasurer of the province in the foregoing section, ten thousand dollars for general educational purposes in the province, subject to the approval and under the supervision of the General Superintendent of Public Instruction of the Islands.
