Section 20

SEC. 20. Section eighty-five of said Act is hereby amended to rend as follows : "SEC. 85. No court shall entertain any suit assailing the validity of a forfeiture under this Act until the taxpayer shall have paid into court the amount due thereon, together with the penalties and costs. If lie fail in his action he may elect to receive back his deposit or to treat it as a payment of taxes, penalties, and costs as of the date of deposit and to have possession of the land restored to him."
