SEC. 10. The Auditor shall have and keep an official seal, upon which shall be engraved the following design: "Office, Auditor for 11n¦ Philippine Islands, official seal." The Auditor shall affix his nllicial. seal Io all copies or transcripts of papers in his office which he may be required to certify. THE TREASURER.
