Section 63

SEC. 63. In the application of this Act to provinces and municipalities other than the city of Manila the words "district auditor" shall be substituted for the word "Auditor" wherever such word appears in sections twenty-six, twenty-seven, twenty-eight, twenty-nine, and thirty-two hereof.
