Section 70

SEC. 70. The Governor-General, through his authorized agent or agents shall make, as often as by him deemed advisable, an examination of the hooks and accounts of the Auditor and Treasurer, and a comparison of the results shown by the same, and also an examination and count of moneys in the hands of the Treasurer, and submit his report thereon to the Secretary of War.
