SEC. 2. Section three of Act Numbered Two hundred and sixty-six, entitled "An Act creating the Bureau of Coast Guard and Transportation," and Act Numbered Thirteen hundred and thirty-nine, entitled "An Act transferring to the office of the improvement of the port of Manila, which shall hereafter be known as the office of the port works, the duty of supervising the construction of the port works at Cebu and Iloilo, and for other purposes," are hereby repealed.
