Section 2

SEC. 2. The salary and per diems herein provided for shall be effective as of October sixteenth, nineteen hundred and seven, and the unexpended balance of any funds appropriated for the Philippine Assembly by Act of the Philippine Commission Numbered Sixteen hundred and seventy-nine is hereby made available for the payment of said salary and per diems: Provided, That all payments of nor diems heretofore made shall be deducted from the payments within may be made in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
