Existing city ordinances, and so forth, to continue in force unless repealed or modified.

Section 69

SEC. 69. Existing city ordinances, and so forth, to continue in force unless repealed or modified.—All city ordinances and orders in force at the time of the passage of this Act, and not inconsistent herewith, shall continue in force until they are repealed or modified by ordinances passed in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
