SEC. 2. The unexpended balance of the sum of seventy-five thousand dollars, appropriated by Act Numbered Sixty-one, for the expenses incident to the construction of a highway from the town of Pozorubio to the town of Baguio is hereby made available for the period ending April first, nineteen hundred and two. The appropriation in Act Numbered One hundred and sixty-three "For the payment of the squadron of Philippine Cavalry, fourteen thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary," is hereby amended to read for the payment of the battalion of a Philippine Scouts, fourteen thousand dollars, or so much there as may be necessary.
