Section 125
SEC. 125. Several judgments. — In an action against several defendants the court may in its discretion, render judgment against one or more of them, upon default or confession, or otherwise leaving the action to proceed against the others whenever a several judgment is proper. The court may, in its discretion, order execution to issue upon such several judgment.
