Section 521

SEC. 521. Dockets. — It shall be the duty of the clerk of the court to make out and keep a general docket or register of actions and proceedings wherein all actions and proceedings, civil and criminal, shall be entered and numbered consecutively in the order in which they are received. He shall enter upon his docket, under the head of each action or proceeding, in brief form, a note of everything done therein. He shall also prepare and keep such other books as the court shall direct. PART II SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS
