Section 1

SECTION 1. The proceeds of the following taxes collected on and after the sixth day of August, nineteen hundred and nine, shall be for the exclusive benefit of the municipality wherein the same are assessed and collected: License taxes on theaters, museums, cockpits, and concert halls, pawnbrokers, circuses, and billiard rooms.
