Section 15

SEC. 15. All Acts or parts of Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed: Provided, That if any of the crimes herein enumerated are punishable under the provisions of the Penal Code by higher penalties than those herein provided, the provisions of the Penal Code shall prevail. Enacted, April 19, 1910.
