Section 1

SECTION 1. The following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be expended in the discretion of the Secretary of Commerce and Police, for the following-named public works and permanent improvements in the city of Baguio, subprovince of Benguet, Mountain Province: BUREAU OF PUBLIC WORKS. For the enlargement of the sewer and water supply system; for the purchase of additional switchboard and telephones; for an addition to the storehouse; in all, twenty-six thousand two hundred pesos.
