SEC. 2. In addition to other duties required by law the Auditor shall, for statistical and other purposes, provide and keep books and records, showing in detail and by tabular analysis the source of the revenues of the Military Government of the Islands and the objects to which the same have been appropriated and disbursed as taken from the vouchers on file in bis office and shall make monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of the same to the Commission for its guidance in making future appropriations.
