Section 2

SEC. 2. All acts heretofore done and performed as register of deeds by the deputy provincial treasurer of the Mountain Province for the subprovince of Benguet which might lawfully have been done and performed therein by a duly authorized register of deeds are, and each of them is, hereby ratified, confirmed, and validated as of the respective dates thereof.
