Section 2

SEC. 2. The delegate from the College of Medicine and Surgery of the Philippine University shall be appointed by the Governor-General and shall, during his absence from the Philippine Islands, receive his regular salary as an employee of the Insular Government. Enacted, February 3, 1911.
