SEC. 10. The seventh paragraph of section seventeen of The Election Law is hereby amended by making the first sentence read as follows: "Any person who applies for registration, or who is registered. Challenges. may, at any of the first four meetings of the board, be challenged by an}- inspector, qualified voter, or candidate, or representative of such candidate authorized in writing."
