Section 2

SEC. 2. To be appointed a member of this committee it shall be necessary: (a) To be a citizen of the Philippine Islands or of the United States; (b) To be a doctor or licentiate of medicine and surgery of some properly accredited medical college; (c) To have practiced the medical profession in the Philippine Islands for five years at least or have been employed during the same time in the Bureau of Health, Medical School, or Bureau of Science.
