SEC. 2. The Director of Agriculture shall appoint inspectors from amongst his approved inspectors to examine such disease-breeding materials, and the Collector of Customs, shall, upon the certificate of such inspectors, be authorized (a) to destroy such material; (b) to permit the importation thereof after its disinfection and fumigation; (c) to permit its importation without further restrictions; (d) to permit its importation and cultivation at an isolated place under the supervision of the Director of Agriculture and subject to such restrictions as he may impose.
