SECTION 1. All fees received by provincial treasurers for performing the duties of registrars of property for the province, in accordance with subsection (h), of section nine, of Act Numbered Eighty-three, as amended by Act Numbered One hundred and thirty-three, shall belong to the provincial government, and the additional clerical force, if any, needed for the performance of such duties, shall be paid from the provincial treasury.
