SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of ten thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to be expended by the Bureau of Science for the eradication of disease-breeding pests in the Mountain Province.
