Preamble

By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that: SECTION 1. No person, firm, or corporation engaged in any business or enterprise within the territory inhabited by Moros or other non-Christian tribes shall, in any manner force, compel, or oblige any laborer or other employee employed by him to purchase merchandise, commodities, or personal property of any kind or nature from such person, firm, or corporation, or from any other person, firm, or corporation.
