Section 2

SEC. 2. Section three of Act Numbered Eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 3. By and with the approval of the Governor-General, the Director of Labor or his deputies shall have power to administer oaths, to issue subpoenas and subpoenas duces tecum, and to receive and take affidavits and the testimony of witnesses and experts, when making investigations authorized by this Act."
