SEC. 6. No judge of a Court of First Instance of any district shall be detailed to act in another, unless the public interests require it, and by virtue of an order of the Secretary of Finance and Justice, to try only land registration cases. The provisions of this section shall not be a bar to judges of Courts of First Instance designated for vacation duty acting in other districts, in addition to their own, for the purposes of interlocutory jurisdiction only, in accordance with existing law in the premises: Provided, That nothing in this section nor in any other . part of this Act shall be construed to prevent a judge serving in one district from being appointed to another district whenever the interest of the public service shall require it.
