Section 28

SEC. 28. Acts Numbered Six hundred and twenty-seven, Six hundred and forty-eight, Eleven hundred and eight, Eleven hundred and thirty-eight and Twenty-two hundred and fifty-nine are hereby amended by— (a) Substituting for the words "judge of the Court of Land Registration," wherever said words appear, the words "judge of the proper Court of First Instance." (b) Substituting for the words "Court of Land Registration" wherever said words appear, the words "proper Court of First Instance."
