Section 12
SEC. 12. Orders by virtue of which lands, water, and Recording of orders. water rights, easements, and other property and rights shall be acquired in condemnation proceedings, and all instruments by virtue of which the grantee may acquire any such lands, water and water rights, easements, and other property and rights, may be recorded in the office of the register of deeds of the province in which said property or rights are situated, and such records shall have the same force and effect as the records of conveyances of real estate under the laws of the Philippine Islands.
