Section 6

SEC. 6. The possession or custody of any opium pipe or to other apparatus designed for smoking, injecting, or administering opium in any manner is unlawful, except when in the hands or under the control of a person authorized by law to have and use opium. Any person having unlawful possession or custody of any such pipe or apparatus shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred pesos and imprisonment for a period not exceeding one year.
