Section 6

SEC. 6. The provisions of Act Numbered Seventy-four of the Philippine Commission and amendments thereof are hereby declared applicable for the purposes of this Act in so far as they are not inconsistent with its provisions, and all Acts or parts of Acts inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed.
