SEC. 2. Act Numbered Sixty-seven of the Legislative Council entitled "An Act to prevent the further introduction into the Moro Province of epidemic diseases of large cattle, and to provide measures for the suppression of the present epidemic of such diseases, and making appropriation for the expenses thereof," is hereby repealed.
