Section 2

SEC. 2. Act Numbered Twenty-one hundred and sixty-three is hereby amended by inserting therein a new section fifteen, to read as follows: "SEC. 15. The Secretary of Commerce and Police is hereby authorized to send the Constabulary Band to the United States to be available for the purposes of the Philippine Board of the Panama-Pacific International Exposition for such time as, in his discretion, he deems best;" changing former section fifteen to sixteen.
