Section 2
SEC. 2. Authority is hereby granted Lieutenant A. K. Buck, Philippine Constabulary, acting as assistant to the governor of the Province of Agusan for the district of Gibung-Simulao, for the period January first to August thirty-first, to receive compensation in addition to his pay and allowances as an officer of the Philippine Constabulary notwithstanding the provisions of Act Numbered One hundred and forty-eight, Philippine Commission. The provisions of the last paragraph of section seven of Act Numbered Twenty-four hundred and eight are hereby made applicable to the Provinces of Agusan and Bukidnon as of date January first, nineteen hundred fourteen.
