SEC. 12. Paragraph (a) of section fifty-eight of Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and thirty-nine is hereby amended to read as follows: "(a) If produced from sap of the nipa, coconut, or buri palm, or from the juice, sirup, or sugar of the cane, per proof liter, thirty-five centavos;"
