Section 1

SECTION 1. Section four of Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and eighty-six is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 4. The Executive Secretary shall prepare and sub-Legislature, on the first day of each regular session, a draft of a general appropriation bill on the basis of the data so secured, in English and in Spanish, furnishing to each House twenty-five copies thereof in each of said languages."
