Section 1
SECTION 1. The sum of thirty-five thousand pesos is hereby appropriated for the Mountain Province out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be expended under the direction of the Secretary of the Interior for agricultural and industrial advancement, sanitation, education, and irrigation, including salaries and wages, traveling expenses, and purchase of supplies and material and other incidental expenses: Provided, That expenditures from this fund are hereby authorized for the construction of irrigation ditches for townships and groups of individuals.
