Section 10

SEC. 10. The officers and employees detailed by the Governor-General for duty in the United States with the Philippine Board of the Panama-Pacific International Exposition may receive the money value of accrued leave to their credit on the date of their departure from the Philippine Islands in addition to the payment of their regular salaries for services rendered during such period of duty, the provisions of existing law to the contrary notwithstanding.
