Section 1

SECTION 1. All the public lands situated in the sitios of Gatbo, Paunlong, Ibago, and Maybanga, barrio of Matobato, municipality of Pili, Province of Ambos Camarines, heretofore reserved for the use of the non-Christian tribes by proclamationnumbered one of the Governor-General dated January twenty-seventh, nineteen hundred and thirteen, are hereby restored to the public domain and re-opened for the settlement and sale in accordance with the provisions of Act Numbered Nine hundred and twenty-six, as amended, in like manner and effect as if no such reservation had been made.
