SEC. 2. The sum of two thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act, is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated to be added to the appropriation for the Province of Palawan for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixteen made by Act Numbered Twenty-five hundred and forty.
