Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage: Provided, however, That Acts Numbered Twenty-five hundred and eighty-four and Twenty-six hundred and four shall become effective in the Department of Mindanao and Sulu on April first, nineteen hundred and sixteen: And provided further, That all acts and things done prior to the taking effect of this Act pursuant to Act Numbered Twenty-six hundred and twenty-two are hereby ratified and confirmed. Enacted, March 3, 1916.
