Section 5

SEC. 5. Section five of Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and seven, as amended, is hereby further amended to read as follows : "SEC. 5. Upon authorization by the Secretary of Justice, the Public Utility Commissioner may appoint a secretary and such other employees as may be necessary and authorized by law, and fix their duties and compensation."
