Section 2

SEC. 2. The Mint of the Philippine Islands shall have a Director and an Assistant Director, who shall be appointed by the Governor-General, by and with the consent of the Senate, and shall receive annual salaries of seven thousand two hundred pesos and six thousand pesos, respectively.
