SEC. 4. Such new corporation shall, as soon as convenient, after such merger or consolidation, establish a principal office in the Philippine Islands, giving public notice thereof in some newspaper published in the city of Manila, and filing a memorandum thereof in the division of archives, patents, copyrights, trademarks, and corporations of the Bureau of Commerce and Industry.
