Act No. 2774 Section 1

Section 1

SECTION 1. The third paragraph of section six hundred and sixteen of the Administrative Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "In the city of Manila, all warrants shall be drawn by the Mayor, or by the officer or employee of the city whom he may designate for this duty, with the approval of the Secretary of the Interior."
