Appropriation for the purposes of this Act.

Section 23

SEC. 23. Appropriation for the purposes of this Act.— The sum of three thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act during the present year. Sufficient funds for the expenses of the Board of Examiners for Nurses created by this Act shall be appropriated in the annual appropriation act.
