SEC. 2. The present boundary line between the Province of La Union and the subprovince of Benguet, as established by Executive 0rder Numbered Eleven, series of nineteen hundred and nine, and reproduced in section forty-four of the Administrative Code of nineteen hundred and seventeen, is hereby abolished, and all the barrios or sitios formerly belonging to La Union and annexed to the Mountain Province by said Executive Order are hereby restored to La Union.
