Section 16

SEC. 16. The Public Printer shall cause work to be done for the Insular Government in the Public Printing Office at night as well as through the day when the exigencies of the public service require it: Provided, That the pay of all employees engaged on night work, between the hours of five postmeridian and eight antemeridian shall be twenty per centum in addition to the amount paid for day labor.
