Section 1

SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be at the disposal of the Director of Public Works for the purposes mentioned hereunder, subject to the provisions hereinafter set forth. (See Table of ACTS No. 2980 IN PUBLIC LAWS PHILIPPINE LEGISLATURE VOLUME 16 Page 213 to Page 219)
