SECTION 1. Subsection (f) of section twenty-three hundred and seven of the Administrative Code is hereby amended to read as follows: (f) Hawkers, peddlers, hucksters, not including hucksters or peddlers who sell only native vegetables, fruits, or foods personally carried by them: Provided, however, That hawkers, peddlers, and hucksters who have secured licenses at the rates fixed by ordinance in any municipality shall not be required to take out licenses in other municipalities through which they may travel occasionally, unless the term for the renewal of such licenses shall have expired."
