Section 13

SEC. 13. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate , any of the provisions of this Act, or who shall forge, counterfeit, alter, deface, or destroy any certificate, regulation or any other legal paper issued by virtue of this Act shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding one thousand pesos, or by imprisonment not exceeding six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
